Orelunes Fashion delivers within the United States. Every order includes free shipping, with no minimum spend. We do not currently offer delivery outside this market.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Processing: 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday.
- Transit after dispatch: 5–8 business days.
- Estimated total: 6–11 business days.
- Order cut-off: 6:00 PM GMT-05:00, Monday through Saturday.
Orders received before the cut-off enter processing that day. Later orders enter processing on the next processing day. Starting processing does not mean same-day dispatch.
Tracking and delivery updates
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or carrier disruptions. If we cannot dispatch within the promised processing period, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated estimate and explain your cancellation and refund options. Where required, we will obtain your agreement to the delay or cancel and refund the order.
If tracking appears stalled or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact info@orelunesfashion.com with your order number.
