You can browse without creating an account. Ordering and using relevant services are subject to these Terms. We offer clothing for men and women. Shopify Inc. provides the ecommerce platform. New features and services are subject to these Terms where applicable; the current version is available on this page.

20. Returns And Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Email info@orelunesfashion.com with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. No restocking fee applies.
You can request an exchange; we will confirm availability and the appropriate steps. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us with the order number and photos where available so we can arrange an appropriate resolution without limiting your statutory rights.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
